I know of some psi reactive weapons being mentioned in some novels. Like the blades of Bequin in the Eisenhorn series, even if they're just some blades, but made out of some psi reactive material.

Then there is of course all the psyker and librarian weapons that channel their powers and enhance them to unleash their destructive potential.

While you have to keep in mind that every kind of psi potential is being seen as something dangerous and that has to be purged. It has the danger of being gate to the Warp, even in low level psykers or those that don't even know about their talents (latent psykers).

So its very unlikely that these kinds of Psychic controlled machinery would be something that would be produced or researched on wider scale, while in theory it is highly likely to exist. And we're talking about imperial stuff here, while the Dark Mechs are not bound to such rules...
