Captain America fanart. I rushed to do it after seeing the Avengers last Wednesday lol. I'm pleased with how it came out, I put my best effort.Since I did this seriously, I would really appreciate any constructive criticism to help me build on my mistakes.
He is at the scene of a painful war, one like no other. All that lies behind him... is nothing.
He has no one left to save. He has no government to obey. He has what lies behind him, the empty void filled only with tanks and planes.
This is all that possesses our beloved Captain, Captain Alfred F. Jones. Captain America, The United States of America...
Something along the lines of what happens if we erupt into nuclear war, da?

If it's looked closely, his right hand looks rather unmatched with his chest, his nape looks abit shorter than usual. But this is still great~

I do sense the oddity of the hand (and my mother even pointed it out too lol), but I can't /see/ it, if you know what I mean. I guess the only to solve that is to look at a reference for that particular pose.
And the neck. It's always the neck xD
Well, for next time around, I'll make sure to pay double attention to the neck and to the arms/hands. Ahaha, these are exactly the things I fail at most!

Haha~ I'm also still learning, and the proportion-thingy is indeed hard. I usually only use my feeling to make my drawing balance because I can't really use proper body-sketching... Yes, right! No problem~
