What exactly is that hand/arm attached to? And what's the point of that chess board in the corner? In regards to hiearchy? I think the chessboard should be slightly more contrasted, and for the hand I understand the concept of what seems to be a god like complex thing. I just can't understand what that arm is attached to... aside from what apparently looks like tubes to a life support concept?

Thanks for the comments! I just checked my deviantart for the first time in a very long time, I had forgotten this even existed. I made this when I was 15 and frankly, I don't know what the fuck I was thinking. The chessboard you are thinking of is actually just a drain in the floor.
