He does creepy supernatural stuff but in reality probably isn't all that scary because he's derp.
I was trying to test out how to do fur/fabric textures but I don't think it worked out ;n;
also fire effects but idk how well that went either

-The fire looks great, especially with the details.
-The light source is pretty accurate except for the small part on the beak. If I were you, I wouldn't have shaded that part, but I totally understand that light sources/shading are hard to master
Originality:
-Yep this is definitely original, because YOU made him up
-But did you make up the "beak" part? I think you may have been inspired by the plague doctors or witches or something, but I could be wrong. Good job, though! I haven't seen anything else quite like this!!!
Technique:

-The light bounces off of the fur and that's pretty good
-I can't see his right paw very well, though. Since the paw is the one holding the fire, i suggest that next time you emphasize the highlights a bit more. Remember, the origin of the light should always be the brightest.
Impact:
-I like the flares on the sides and the top! However, you may want to change the ones on the bottom. Unless you did this on purpose, the bottom flares look a bit unrealistic
-Is that his eyebrow on the mask?
-The left eye glows really well!!! I like your emphasis on the red
-Is the right eye supposed to be green? If it's part of the character, then that's ok. But since the fire isn't THAT close to his face then it shouldn't reflect THAT much on the eye.
Overall, this is a really striking piece!!! I love your details on the fur, the mask, and the green fire. The only things that you should work on are the light sources. I guess that's mostly it. Keep up the AWESOME work!!!
