My newest OC - Nepheline, the Witch of Music.Her look is meant to be inspired by the Misfits, from Jem and the Holograms. Her palette has actually been sitting on my computer for ages, I just could never come up with a good OC for it. I like her though.
She's not actually evil, more like neutral. She doesn't get the whole feud between witches and fairies, since to her, it's more about how you act. Although she is a good person, she has no problems with tricking people or using dark magic if she thinks the situation calls for it. And of course, if she thinks a party could use a little rock.
Fun Fact: Her name is actually another kind of rock. XD

She'd fit right in with my Covenic Circle witches as they are the same as her; neutral, but will be "witchy" at times.
