Yup, another OC!

This is Zirconia, the Fairy of Ribbons! She comes from Diamante (Topaz's homerealm), and is the daughter of Prime Minister Azalia. Growing up in a political family has given Zirconia the gift of gab - she could talk you out of (or into) anything! She's usually not a big fan of leadership though, she'd much rather support her friends.

Her powers center mostly around being able to conjure ribbons of energy - these are great not only as weapons (she's scary with a ribbon-whip), but also great to catch a falling fairy or tie up an enemy!

The outfit on the left is her main casual outfit for Season 1 - the right is obviously her Charmix.

I can't entirely take credit for her - I came up with the outfits, but her original look was designed by *LeLocoKoko . And if her casual outfit seems vaguely familiar, it was inspired by a design for a contest from a couple of years ago - since the outfit didn't win, I figured I'd reuse it here. (I do plan on using the outfit she came with too, but I decided it would make a perfect S5 outfit instead of S1 )
