Description
The character's name is Cendre - she belongs to Miss Gizmo - whom is an artist I VERY much admire. Deep rich colors and clearly has fun with her art work <3Hopefully an acceptable 1st half of an art swap <3
I saw her post the character on a paris roof top and I just knew she was the one to draw.
