Alright, technically I should be on hiatus, but since I have two six-day break between exams...All the Pokemon Champions in one picture! I'm not very good at drawing humans, but I always doodle them during my free time
. Blue: I like this character from the RBY/FRLG series. He was annoyingly difficult as a rival but was easier as a champion...He looks a bit older in this pic though.
Lance/Wataru: I like Lance the least out of all the champions, but I do not know why
His was the last picture to be illustrated and was done in kind of a rush...Shirona: I like Shirona - she has a cool design and it is about time Pokemon had a female champion. I don't know how her Pokemon team was constructed though...they don't seem to have have anything in common
.Wallace/Mikuri: I always thought Wallace was too uh, pretty to be a champion, but he is anyway
. Maybe that's probably why he's posing sexily for the pic?Steven/Daigo: This is my favourite champion! He has a great Pokemon team but his suit looks real strange...especially on Sugimori art.
Well, that's about all I have to say...In terms of colouring, I'm really not good at hair (look at Shirona's hair!). I always try to follow tutorials but somehow I go wrong
. Anyways, better get back to studying . EDIT: Fixed Shirona's face a little...annoyingly enough, the individual background pics of Steven and the others that I posted to Scraps are appearing in the gallery instead

Well that's the awesome part of Cynthia's team, there's nothing common!! Cynthia's my favorite Champion. Lance was easy to beat if you had a lot of ice types in your team.

I bet they'll have it something like that, but Steven was much harder to beat than Wallace. At least in my opinion.
I feel like such a nerd, but I still have my Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald games from when I was younger.... Oh! Such Nostalgia! I hope Nintendo does a good job!

Wallace as a gym leader gave me some trouble, but otherwise, my Manectric and Breloom destroyed him.
i hope my pokemon come through for me for this final battle... these are my Pokemon at the moment after beating Wallace.
(mind you, this is Sapphire version)

Manectric - Lvl 34
Gardevoir - Lvl 31
Breloom - Lvl 33
Lairon - Lvl 33
Vibrava - Lvl 35
also, if you think i'm copying caprisun, IM NOT. these are purely pokemon that i've either
A) never used before

B) want to give a chance
or both. so yeah.... got any tips on what to do now?

Luck, just pure luck, I played Emerald, so I'm of no help right now, but a grass type and an ice type should do it.

Level grind. You want to be at least 45 before you challenge Steven. That's for safety, higher for an assured win.
I'd teach the Gardivoir Psyhic, Calm Mind, Hypnosis, and Dream Eater.
Breloom, Giga-Drain, Stun Spore, the others are your choice
Larion you'll want at 55 to get Aggron and increase his Crt. Hit ratio. Give him rock tomb, and... Thunder, as well as Dragon claw, Solarbeam, or Earthquake.
I'd give Mantrike Thunder, Dragon Dance, and for an item give him a white herb.
For Vibrava I'm not sure.
And Marstomp... Mud Shot... Or Muddy Water, not both, Hydro Pump, Earthquake, and Surf.
I've more expierence than I likely need in this game.

I've had Sapphire for about 9 years and the other two for three or four. I still play them, and speaking of I need to beat the Four in Emerald, but I have two copies of Emerald so whatever...

I enjoyed it, but it lacked some of the greater aspects of the third and first Gen, in my opinion.
The battles were easier, and the Four not even a challenge. The gyms not worth the game time, though the story line was alright. The games, overall, in my opinion, were far too easy.
I don't understand why people hate them, but I remember when Pokemon games took days to beat, not hours. That's why I didn't like them as well.

yeah. but i think the reason they hate it is, get this, "The Pokemon don't look like Pokemon" ok, i'm sorry, but WHAT?! this is going back to the same problem as the 3rd gen! 3rd gen was also hated because "The Pokemon don't look like Pokemon" that is the most sorry excuse for hating a generation i've ever heard.

I can believe that. Honestly the Pokemon look more like animated household items then creatures, but that's my opinion. At least for Gen 5.

I did as well. It's also my favorite episode of Pokemon. I loved Steven, and he's the main reason I love playing 3rd Gen so much.

I would be angry, unless they did something awesome like in Emerald, they made it so you could battle him without worrying about the Elite Four.
Also I think the extra battles against him were really cool. If they do something like that I won't mind.

Actually I like the idea, but it's too much. The Exp.Share was to make things easier, but not that easy. That's ridiculous.
Maybe giving EXP to the first three, but not the entire team. That's dumb, but then again they've been making the games easier and easier for years. Why stop now?
