concept draft v1Personality: Still somewhat 'playful' but his version of play tends to at times have deadly consequences. He's also a little insane sometimes. Swears a lot and mskes morbid puns. He will bite if he feels the need to. Also wears a muzzle anytime he is outside his home for the sake of the other citizens of the underground who fear that his beastly appearance might mean he'll go savage one day but he hates wearing it. Loves taunting and provoking people and seems to have no fear even when facing stronger monsters. Has much higher HP and stats due to high LV (starting stats is around the level a player is at Judgment Hall / Throne Room). Often seen with Scalefell Aura. Can create a second 'skin' of magic around his claws. Sometimes will laugh like a hyena.
His muzzle can only be taken off by Scalefell Aura and Scalefell Papyrus. The chain is only visible and/or usable to those of a higher LV than Scutes. It is unclear how or why this is, but he will refuse to do anything he doesn't want to unless it is someone he respects.
