Ya know, I watched the films before I read the books... after watching the films I was such a Jacob Black fan. In fact, I really disliked Edward. I didn't understand the connection between he and Bella. But after reading the books (2 weeks ago), I love Edward and really think Jacob was pretty selfish with how he felt about Bella. (Just my opinion.) He really was acting very immature about the whole thing. The one redeeming quality about his character is that, no matter what, he always cared for Bella (as a friend, at least).
Now, that being said.... I DO think he's HOT!
