That dragon's tail just makes this piece pop out. And it's so subtle too, which only makes it better. I love the title as well. Thranduil with his flawless face, but the dragon reminding us that he's not. Nice.

I would love to read a story about this guy. He was my favorite of the elves. He was so beautiful and he had this mysterious charm about him. I loved what he stood for, the light of hope he brought to the two towers. Then he died and it just felt like the world was toppling over on itself:
