"There is a second report from the exploration team, about something they found. A viable copy-dimension of GV2-001, with only one big difference- there's no human life to be seen. The area the team surveilled encompassed most of northern Great Britain- and there are no cities, no villages on sight. Just a few scattered ruins here and there- but some of them might be good enough to build a reserve."

So this one day Em and Dylan got bored and started looking for other worlds with their supa secret probably alien technology, and found GV2-002. In less fancy terms, it's an exact copy of our same Earth, save for a few differences- one of them being there's evidence of human civilization but no humans to be seen. Everyone decides just to have a good time, build a bastion in that new world and off to investigate the mistery they go.

TL;DR: Em found herself a new world where she can hide and hoard alien species like giant birds and native dragons without causing any chaos.
