Garrus, Liara, Javik, Tali, Mordin, Grunt, Thane, Wrex, Samara.They belong to Bioware.
EDIT: Thank you all for your support, reading your comments nearly makes my eyes teary of joy!
While working on this, i mainly tried to merge their in-game appearances with the expressions of their voices, and then give them poses fitting to their personalities.
I'm more than glad to see, that either of them are to someone's liking! (it's so good to feel, that spending almost 12 hours on this wasn't a waste of time)

Only one I'm not sure about is Liara.Β But Grunt is PERFECT.

Hardly any comments on Mordin, whoΒ looks here like Malcolm McDowell...or a young, hairfulΒ Peter Cushing.Β I'm not sure which of these ideas I like better, though I confess I slightly prefer this version of him to the second.
I think my Liara would have been a blonde, and my Samara a brunette (at least until I saw your second version; silver is a better idea.)Β Wrex could have been salt-and-pepper (also age-appropriate.)Β My Thane probably would have looked more reserved, introverted...even slightly sadder.Β (Now that I think of it, he never says anything intended to be funny...that I can think of.)

I got a few chuckles out of Thane's 'Be still, Mouse. You may change your pants in a moment' line, and his reference to The Princess Bride when dealing with Niftu Cal, the Biotic God ('Sleep well, and dream of bulbous women'), but yeah, very little of Thane's dialogue was deliberately written to be funny.Β

Yes, you're right. When I drew this, I was pretty much convinced that she turned out at least middle aged, but come to see her today, she looks a good 25 ys old at best (by human standards)...

Love them. But personally I see Liara as the 'smart' blonde type. Jarvik looks like a Ghengis Khan, which is perfect. Good job.

Javik, Garrus and Wrex look like spot on! As for the others they could be better, especially Tali and Samara! I expected Tali to look like nerdy chic with glasses (a la bookworm)! As for Samara she should have different hairstyle (probably those that covers most of her forehead)...probably have longer hair or dunno...Thane also looks wrong, he looks like a person here, who would be cocky and disrespect others and call others "unworthy of his company" (thats pretty much what Javik is...)...Mordin is ok...i guess...though i would make him more of a "James Cromwell" type of guy...
