The layer styles were a pain in the ass to learn but I learned how to use them all the same. I honestly thought that by simply adding flat colors, the drawing would magically shine and oh boy was I wrong. If you ask me, I prefer the original grayscale version.

Let's Improve Log:
This piece marks the time when I was starting to get the hang of female anatomy, though not quite there yet. As you can see, the shading is slightly better than my previous drawings especially on the lower leg areas. This piece was originally in grayscale. In my beginner stages, I thought that the 'color' layer mode would magically turn the grayscale version into a majestic hue-varied painting. Oh boy was I wrong.
