Wow this is great! It really reminds me of Tim Burton's style of art,
Choice of colours work wonderfully, character styles are great shading is also very well done, the attention to detail is impressive as well! ย 
I love how you also coloured the outside black as well, it makes me feel like im looking out a window or a keyhole and it is a great add to the athmosphere of your entire work!
Keep practicing with proportions and anatomy,

Thanks a lot again! The distorted proportion of anatomy is part of the storybook style I tried to achieve here. Thanks for the comments it means a lot!
