Mona LisaThis is sort of a depiction of her during the moment of realizing what happened to her. And yes I know originally she was mutated and magically gained a belt and pink neckerchief somehow but I went more realistic here... for a cartoon about fighting ninja turtle creatures... DEAL WITH IT!

But with this, it makes more sense that she decides to rip her dress into a handkerchief, rock the nudist look, and after seeing the Turtles on the news, get a belt to accessorize with.

You know, there has to be a certain element of realism in every cartoon. If every part of the cartoon defies all logic, then you just can't buy into it. Great job!
