Welp, I'm officially hooked on your art. Luna isn't even my favorite pony, yet I couldn't help but fall in love with her in this image. Your stuff has such an intoxicating dreamlike quality to it that I haven't seen very often at all in fanart.
I absolutely love the effect that the lighting lends to Luna's eyes here. It almost makes me feel as though I'm being drawn into them. It's definitely my favorite thing about this picture. She looks absolutely adorable with that lollipop in her mouth too. What is it about ponies that gives them the power to make even mundane things like eating candy so irresistibly, heart-meltingly cute? That's surely something that should be counted among the Great Questions.
Truly stunning work on her mane and tail too. They don't even look like they're part of her body here. It's more like the night lent her its beauty to give her a form that we mortals can appreciate, and that adds to the extremely heady, dreamy feel of this picture.
Now, I'm no great artist (in fact I pretty much have next to no skill at drawing whatsoever) but the one thing I'd criticize about this is the angle of Luna's right leg. An artist friend of mine who also happens to be a pony fan would point out that pony legs don't bend that way. Other than that though, there's nothing at all that would stop me from hanging this on a wall in my own house. It's too beatiful not to be admired by people who visit me.

Nice work, I especially love well you did all of the texturing! That night sky set in the ethereal fog of her mane and tail, the nice gleam of her armor, the well defined feathers of her wings, and even the little tufts of her coat that pop out, it's all great!
