I wasn't expecting it at all! As I have recently just became active in the community after a long hiatus of producing nothing. So it's a great feeling and a huge motivation to continue pursuing my life in photojournalism, even with doubts.

Wow! That house was just leveled. Gorgeous though. I think if you were to crop on the image to where you didn't have the streetlights/road and you just left the entire frame as the smoke and firefighters standing there, it could definitely improve the overall composition. Maybe give it a try if you still have the original!

A buddy of mine is fire fighter he told me how they do there job and what are recommended based on the fires location and building.

He's a really cool guy,we hang out on SL,funny thing is his character is firefighter I told him he's the right person to be firefighter where were at there,he has experience and good knowledge ^^,when I was younger I always looked beyond the kid stuff they said firefighters do I looked at the REAL deal what difficulties they do and what the cost were.

XD This happened to me on Friday. I could see the smoke from four kilometers away and went over to take pictures. Thankfully everyone was alright.
