Another character from my project, I've spoke about him on Aleska post.

So this is the ambitious black prince who came from a far far land to propose to Aleska. Supported by his subordinates, he's seen as greedy, proud and selfish : not hesitating to put people in jail if they forget to use honorific titles for him. But even with this reputation, Aleska still likes his presence and the prince seems to develop a deep and honest interest towards her, especially when she's in danger.

He often speaks to Hando by starting with "Dear compatriot" despite the fact that Hando always denied being one.
