Yay finally finished! Well, kinda. I'd like to touch it up a bit and give it a background but I'm stuck for inspiration and motivation xD. This picture is really just a drawing in my sketch book that I thought "hm, lets try colouring this" and did. It just got a bit out of hand.

I played around with colouring manga stuff using a different technique to cell shading (omg!) Basically lots of fuzzy brushes and gradation tool.

My favourite parts of this drawing would have to be Umiko's hair (right) and both of their shoes ^_^. They're both wearing shoes that would probably be against the dress code. Misaki likes cute, pretty things as well as cooking (especially sweets), hence her shoes. Umiko likes sports so wears runners that stick out a lot against her black socks (It's more acceptable to wear matching socks and shoes in Japan or something).

Anyway, what do ya think?
