Sketched for a canine character but ask me if you would like another specie. I know this is probubly random as all get out but I happend to see your lovely YCH noticed all this.
So I figured i'd drop a little suggestion. Sorry if it's wierd or unwantedd...
BUT I've noticed a lot of people, to help avoid these kinds of mishapes, they tack on a "+such and such hours after the last Bidder" kind of dealio.
It also helps prevent people from waiting to bid until the very last second so it ends right after they bid. That way for #hours after the last bidder, people(or the one out bid persay) can atleast try to counter bid.

Yep, I knew of that way of doing and if I remember well I already did it with past YCHs o3o and actually even though I don't say it, I do not close bids until several hours have passed since the last comment

I did not see the artist end the auction, so I gave it a shot. I live in a different time zone so I was sleeping while your bid was placed and "around noon (West European time)". In the end, it's the artist who decides which bid to accept. If they accept yours, then congrats.
