This is the pre-evolution for Nosepass. The design for the Nosepass is based off of the tiny Nosepass in part of Probopass's design. I decided to give Nosepass a pre-evolution because it needs one.How to evolve it?
Well, it evolves into Nosepass when leveled up with high friendship.
