This is beautiful! I've just started my focus for AP Art, which will be expressing what is still celebrated by different cultures that have gone through imperialism and suppression. Would I be able to paint this, using your permission of course?

I'd prefer if you didn't directly copy it, because that goes against a lot of what the AP judges look for in a portfolio and I have a hard time seeing what's the point of directly copying a photo just to turn it into a painting, you know?
I am comfortable with you partially referencing it in order to inspire or influence your final piece though, and I'd like to see the final, if you remember to show me when you're done.
