This is the first sad picture that I've drawn in a long time. That's because I was really depressed. It was unbearable to draw anything that wasn't totally happy. Since I've gotten help I've felt this emotinal liberation. It's not totally crushing to draw/read/watch sad things anymore. I'm feeling really good now. :3
It's my OC Aries. She's sad but there's rainbow colors because I love colors and it's like everyone else gets to be happy except her? I don't know how to explain it but that's how I felt.

AMG FMMEIOFAMNOFWAMIO. THIS TOOK FOREVER 40 plus hours I can't remember.;;;;;; Another huge file. 5828x4167 pixles and about to 100 layers... I lost count but there's ATLEAST that many. I wanted it to be bigger but SAI is a baby and said it had no more memory. >:[

SO can you guess why she's sad?

This is definatly nice enough looking to make one stop and take a better look the colors are extremly lovely to look at
and when some one has this much of a grasp on what looks nice and so much potential, it makes me wanna give advice so you can be even better So I hope my critiques/advice are helpful
Someone already mentioned the perspective (which trust me I suck at too ) The quickish way to "fix" it for this particular picture would be to actually make the girl larger, and move her closer to the audience, you'd end up cropping her bottome half but it would fix it. Because the main issue isn't her "size" she is just too tall.
Now I'm wondering if those still white specs in the background are stars? I only ask because the Aries buliding on the left side looks like it is missing because you can see the stars. If it's actually supposed to be still rain drops, you don't need them. If you want it look more like it's raining without adding more raindrops on the ground by the raindrops add ovals of varieing sizes, for ripples on the wet ground.
I don't want to get nitpicky though or overwelm you so Ill leave you with:

Thanks so much for the advice! I really appreciate it!! All of these people have been giving me such nice critiques it helps a lot! I'll be sure to take out the little dots if it looks bad. I'll try moving her around some more and see what looks the best.

it's really nice colouring. and your lines are really neat. good job.
but sorry to say i got some critiques on your work,
the buildings looks too short compare to the girl.
for a normal perspective like this, hrizontal line is right on the people eyes, in this case, the girl eyes. for 1 floor building, of course it's taller than the girl, isn't it? so you should have drawn the building taller than the girl. it's about twice taller than human's.
forgive my english. i hope you get what i mean.
