The background looks like his work, though t could be Monet, Manet? Sorry, no other ideas. As to that bit on the right, I'm clueless.

Two things I really like about this post- the artwork, which is strange & dreamy, & that you named your sources (a personal obsession of mine). Talent & integrity- it's good to see.
Not sure about the city-scape through the window, but the background could be Turner.
