Hmm, it is really similar but I never saw it before I did this logo.
I can't remember that when I did this logo (I didn't design it quickly when I created the deviantart page, it is not new work for me, it exists for months) but, the logo in the link which you gave is not so new, 2010 june...?
And I am not in a competition with the professionals, as I told that the main page, I am not a designer, I am just trying to look at things in a different way.
