I made this character along with Rainbow.I just. I have a weakness for pastel colors. You may not have known.
She's probably going to be friends with Blizzard. Her name was originally going to be Custard, but "Custard and Blizzard" doesn't sound that great. So, Cupcake. Unless anyone has other suggestions.
