Always differently. Every time i try new brushes, but i haven't found the best yet.

First I draw the shape/sketch with the form of her mane. After that I start to paint it with a dark blue color on a new layer. Usually I choose a water color brush around 65% density and with some color bleeding. If its done, I choose a light blue color and I try to paint some "smoky effect". So its looks like some kind of blue fog. I draw some star and dots on a new layer or just use a star spotted brush.
