They are allowed to sell them because they are not claiming that pokemon is theirs. Plenty of people use pokemon designs for adopts, its not a big deal.

They aren't. They're taking Nintendo's designs. Nintendo did not state you can take their pokemon designs, slap onto some canine base and make profit off of it. If they were alternative inspired pokemonΒ designs that is different. But these are literally the exact pokemon design.Β

Then what do you think about pokemon gijinkas??? They are the exact design just given a human form. People make adopts from all sorts of fandoms like pokemon, Undertale, and all other kinds of animes. I mean the people who purchase them don't honestly think they own pokemon or whatever the design is based from. I think you are honestly making a big deal about nothing.
