I am truly suprised that NOBODY has bothered to try this. Seriously not one person chose to draw a 2003 Stockman-fly. They drew 2k3 Bebop & Rocksteadys but not the fly. Well. To put it short this is my boring assumption of what he might've looked like if he did mutate in that era. If you ask me this is better then losing your body parts.bzzz..
