The ancestors of today's spiders, came from Crab-like chelicerate ancestors over 380 million years ago, and the first spider appeared in the Devonian period, after evolving from the crabs that had compound eyes.

Also, when I mean not all spiders have simple eyes, I mean that in the popular culture universe, where anything could happen, although spiders in this universe did evolve from compound eye ancestors.

Such a brilliant and awesome picture .

12/10 for detail, design, colour, shading and lighting, and for crating such a mutant variation of spider .

Reminds me of the Jak II Renegade Spiders, since they have eight compound eyes (just like your spiders of your picture ), although both of them are entirely different, but I have been looking for a picture like this, since I can imagine that not all spiders have simple eyes, and this idea of compound eye spiders is just cool (just another major factor of why this picture is so excellent, and you Escama are one of the best artists and Deviants on Deviantart ).

These spider could be used in a video game, a flash comic, or an animated movie, created by you (Escama ) yourself .

Besides, if critics, trolls, judges, and arseholes decide to criticise your comic, movie, or game title, then you can tell them to f**k right off, since this is your title and I like it completely , as well as other people and fans of your pictures .
