More eyes! lol. This didn't turn out at all like i thought it would. First it was gonna have a starburst in the bottom right coner, and then i was gonna have a bunch of layered abstract designs...but i was just using random effects..and this is what happened. It's made at 1024 x 768 resolution with PSP8 and a picture of my eyes.
