What I don't get is the fact that back in the first Game Boy releases of Pokemon Blue, Red, and Yellow, Mewtwo only had two weakness, Bug type, and Ghost type. But, the ghosts in those games were also Poison type, leaving Twinneedle, Leech Life, and Lick as the only moves that can hit him with a super-effective.

If Mewtwo could use his Mech Armour in battle, he'd be nearly unstoppable. I recall that Giovanni had it created to help Mewtwo learn to focus his psychic attacks, greatly intensifying their power.

I wished that if he held "Metal Coat" he would appear in that armer as an easter egg!
Also, he destroyed it as it was a way for Rocket to control him, all Uber/legendary pokemon's power is sapped by a Pokeball!
