Very nice

Is this an alternate to Jack Frost, book version, or something else entirely? I've been curious since I've seen the name bouncing around on Tumbler and here

Jokul Frosti is a very little known figure from Norse myth whom many people have recently been aligning with Jack Frost. There's actually a big explanation for my head-canons about how Jokul and Jack relate to one another but for now I guess you could say that he is indeed an AU version of Jack.

Ah, I was curious Thank you for answering

As for the AU part, it would make sense, if not could be an alternate personality he might assume depending on where he is or something

Well, I have this head-canon about the RotG movie!verse considering spirits, how they are born, and the cycle of reincarnation. In my head-canon, spirits start out with an initial iteration, in this case, Jokul Frosti, who was the son of the half-giant Kari. When Jokul died, his spirit was eventually reborn in the form of a human (Jackson Overland) who would later die to achieve his spiritual identity as Jack Frost. The rebirth into human form is necessary, otherwise said spirit would have no physical form. Do you get what I mean? Jack Frost would be the reincarnation of Jokul Frosti.

That actually makes some sense It'd even make sense if it had been used in the movie or even the books
