i got a invite from math-san Β to make a short comic on a future desert. its something that advance very slow, and the number of jobs i got leave me it no much time to a side project like this, but its going, and i need to create the characters, everything is in a post-apocalypse desert, the main char is a middle east guy, can you help and say what the one better looking like a hero char for middle east?
i don't want it to be a cliche ugly guy, i want it to looks cool and people enjoy the comic

It depends greatly on the overall kind of character this guy is and what do you want to transmit with his face only. Is he a clever guy, or he just rushes into stuff without thinking? Is he good-hearted? Tormented by a difficult past? Doubtful? Not every face works for every character . I, personally, and without knowing any further, would like II, IV and VI.

I will say VII or IV. I think here is not so much about the shape of the face as of the elements of the face. The eyes look great, but you could play more with the noses, not too delicate, they tend to be bigger and more round or squared/pointy. You could google people to catch those elements better or find some actors that could help: for example Francisco Randez has mid-eastern features,Β Eoin Macken too, Oded Fehr -The Mummy-, etc.Β

III, V and VI
VI looks like a protagonist or charismatic character, V would be a good gag character or "disposable" character and the III would look good for a figurant.
the rest doesn't look like middle east people (at least not the ones i see very often at Paris, LOL)
