Yes, but i really love her Voice in my Version. Sure Japanese is the best but her US Voice is great too. Will you make Sakura too?

I prefer the English Voices too ( did we win? just gets me everytime) and i have teh western Version (with the censored stuff)

I did this drawing really quick it was like 2 am and I wanted to go to bed but i needed a Profile Pic Β for DeviantArt so...Β

If you want me to draw Sakura ( is that a Request?) i'll do it. ( if it isn't out tomorrow it won't be in the next 3 days just look at my Profile now and than.)

You know it too?
i love it but the Censorship on this one is pretty strong( its nor very well made and leaves a pit in my stomach every time it happens)

its still a great game while conquest has more european style of weapons and armour Birthright has an Japanese style.

what brings us to our next topic:

what would you choose Katana or broadsword?

There's censorship in it? xD

I didn't know about the differences between both versions yet, though.Β

I would go for the broadsword here ouo

Yeh the petting minigame was removed and some outfits... ( im not missing the minigame put the lovley 2d animation that was in it)

Finnally someone who understands me.

I mean look at the Katana:
- only one sided
- thin as paper
- some swords were lighterΒ
- and the guy who invented the katana did'nt allow people to make it better since he said Β it's perfekt (he chopped some heads if they did)
- no guard, blades could slip right on your fingers
Now look at a german Zweihander:
-Long range
- finger guard
- did'nt easily break
- could even do damage to some Armours

it would simply break the Katana but people keep saying the katanas better because its sharper.... blerg

so whats up next?

Yeah, I also think any kind of longsword easily beats the sharpness of the katana with durability. Though having the edge on only one side of the blade seems like a good thing to me. There's that saying "like a double-edged sword" for a reason, as you could also hurt yourself with the other sharp end.

Didn't know the guy who created the katana was such a psycho, though, where did you find that out? :0

Okay uhm, halberds or scythes?

Im not exactly sure if I can use this as a point but having one non sharp side seems kinda useless to me, sure it cold hurt you if both sides are sharp but Β if i stabbed someone and it won't allow me to get my blade out of the falling body because one side isn't able to cut through (im not saying that you dont have that problem with broadswords since Β they get tend to stuck anyway but it would help to get loose a bit easier( this is of course situational))
Lets say it is a nice bonus to have 2 sharp sides if one doesn't cut right anymore just change the direction ( i completly forgot my best point so im filling in with some nonsense)

To be honest i heard it on the internet a few times so don't take my word on it, it could be total bullc***.

Im going with the halbert its a spear, blade, and hammer in one thing so it was able to cut people, stab people and break armour.
I dont have much experience with scythes exept for cutting grass so i can't say much i guess it was great for non armoured opponents but just thinking about fighting with it feels clumsy, you need much space to be effektive and the only bonus is the long range wich the halbert has too.

the halbert was a defensive weapon wich was used to keep attackers of tower entrances or walls, you could stab after people without getting in their range of attack and you you could swing it effektive thanks to the blade or hammer on the end.

scythes were weapons? in a short art where the blade is almost on your hand.Β
I don't think swinging a normal Scythe arround would give you any advantages ( and how would you block?)..

dear god look at all this text i truly love writting and i best hope you like reading

Haha, that's a lot to read xD But it's fine, I do indeed love a good read. And it's fun discussing stuff like this too.

I honestly don't know why scythes are seen as weapons, too. It's just a simple gardening tool which is being weaponized a lot. I mean, Death wields one and you see it being used as a weapon a lot in video games and anime. I think a scythe would only be useful in combat when used like a one-sided long pickaxe or when swinging it with a pulling motion (how else are you gonna utilize the sharp part of the blade?)

Now I didn't mean to compare the halberd to a normal gardening scythe, because then the halberd would be obviously superior.
Just imagine the scythe like a halberd with a curved handle and a scythe like blade instead of the axe-ish blade the halberd has.

Yeah, it would be harder to hit an opponent with it because the blade is not as wide, but you would pierce instead of cut.

I would never bring a scythe tona battle, but I think it's a possible weapon ouo

Alrighty im back... hope i did not let you wait. (i did)Β

Well the only time scythes were used as weapons was when the land lord called every man in for a battle. every man means every man so farmers had to go too and since most of them could'nt afford armour or swords they used what they had, ranging from hammers and pickaxes to scythes.

i guess thats the only time when it was better to use a scythe than to use nothing.

and i think i get what you mean, like the blades that the eygipts used?

and with a helebard you could pierce slice and bash so im going with it
