I wasn't sure how to title this, so I ended up with something kind of lame. Heh...

It has been a while since I uploaded anything here. I felt too lazy to draw anything these days. I guess I've been feeling sluggish and a bit sad. But it's no big deal, it'll pass. At least I had fun during the Festival of Humour and Satire in the town Gabrovo.

I decided to update my avatar since I dyed my hair blue about a month ago. Even though I only had blonde highlights, my hair still turned out bright blue which is what I'm happy about. I thought I might as well draw myself in my original art-style (instead of my NfH art-style) since I haven't done that in ages. And I had a bit of fun with it by adding a few details of what I usually wear in real life. Just to clarify, yep, I sometimes wear this one Nightwish T-shirt underneath. And this hoodie is currently one of my favourite ones from my wardrobe. Though the hoodie is supposed to look like this img.ltwebstatic.com/images3_pi… and I love it. Some of my current favourite clothes (especially the hoodies) are from SHEIN, but that's a different story.

I sketched myself in PaintTool SAI with my graphics tablet, then added clean outlines with the mouse. Then I added a bit of soft blur effect in Paint Shop Pro 9, but I'm not entirely sure about keeping it. I might remove it.

I'll use this picture as my new avatar until the blue dye fully fades out. I added a simple shading. After the dye fades out, I'll switch my avatar back to the previous one since I really liked it, because it was a gift to me and it was animated. Either that, or I'll dye my hair again (either in blue again or in purple). If I dye it purple, I'll make a new avatar. As for the background, it was taken from this old picture that I made www.deviantart.com/etherealdre… then I added an effect in Photoshop called "Aetherize" which was downloaded from here www.flamingpear.com/download.h… I mean, I thought it could represent my username a little better.

I might do an updated "meet the artist" thing. Because while a lot of stuff stayed the same about me, there are also a lot of stuff that changed. That is, if I don't end up feeling lazy again or end up being busy or something else.

But I think I'm forgetting something else, but I'm not sure what. Oh, well... Still, I hope you all have a nice week.
