This is so there is no loop hole in the rules. Payment Plan GuidelinesPayment plans must be completed within 2 months.Only applicable if artist(s) has stated they will accept payment plans. Length of payment plans are determined by the artist(s). Payment plans are accepted for 80$ and up. A deposit of 25% is required. However 50$ is the minimum deposit required. If you fail to complete the payment through the payment plan, no money will be refunded. The character does not belong to you until full payment is complete.
