yes i used coreldraw.
firstly.... draw the splatters .
i used fonts, Parade 20
the font shaped like a splat water or so .
then modifyed it!
then combine it to your photos.
simple, eh?

nah .. mulai dari ngebuat simple shape...
sperti bulat kotak bla bla...
trus dimodifikasi pake path tools.
eh kalo buat percikan air, aku pake fonts
nama font-nya Parade 20 kalo ga salah
trus dikasih warna..ditimpa2 rame2 trus jadi gini deh.
