Bread and Butter...got to get paid somehowThought i'd just upload some of my day to day work. These are some simple Max internal renderings for a residence in Melbourne. Rendered using VRAY 1.5.

I've been to Melbourne, what a coincidence!
Great rendering, realistic, stylish without being over the top beautiful 3D with excessive radiosity/colour bleeding and specular bloom etc.

Good looking models and lighting effects, the only thing that seems off a little is on the top picture, the brick seems too flat or smooth, thought it would look more natural in real-life, and this is what this is supposed to preview!

yeh cheers man, i had a diplacement map on all the brickwork and it looked very nice, but to save rendering time, for now, i removed the map and left a simple bump map which doesnt read as well in some places

Understandably so, I'm sure this took a good while to render, even though I'm sure your computer is much better than mine.

They only took around 45mins to an hour to render each, when it come to work, its a exercise in speed

I am looking to buy a house. What is the price of this house eh? hehe. Very nice job. Any tutorial to learn V-Ray and 3DS Max? I just want to learn how to do interior and exterior rendering of arch. none of those designs and stuff. HELP ME please?

Ok i might try and work up a tutorial for VRAY and max internals in the coming weeks. Please be patient with me though as i have a lot of work on at the moment. Cheers

not that massive, i got amd 64bit thats around 18 months old, dual 7800gtx (only one working when i do these type renders though) 2gb mem etc

Ah, I was half expecting a Cray Supercomputer behind it.
I've gotta upgrade. My box is so old RAM/Vid card wise.
