Okay now I'm really going to bed, drawing this really freaked me out. I think it's because I'm tired..but Sparks' face ughThis is when they go into that new dungeon and that thing gets inside Sparks and yeah I'll get around to that story eventually..

So it's a Luxray ghost. Probably of the one in Amp Plains from Time and Darkness, I'm guessing. Or am I wrong?

Wow I got so excited when you said that, someone actually noticed the ghost. Yeah it's a luxray ghost, but not necessarily the one from amp plains. I have a back story for the ghost and everything though.
