This took a really long time to make and colour, but it was so worth it ^^ I really like this picture ^^ Roy's wearing what is probably the most convincing white shirt I've ever coloured!!

So here we go, let Roy and Riza explain this office mishap, and hopefully you won't give them a court-martial for it!

She eyed the plant hanging from the ceiling with suspicion.
"What's this?" Her tone warned the man in the office that she wasn't impressed.
"It's called mistletoe. Have you never encountered it before, Lieutenant?" He smirked at her from across his desk, the smug face resting on his clasped hands.
She sighed, rolling her eyes. "Of course, Sir. What I meant to say was: what is it doing above my desk?"
The smirk grew, and the dark eyes glinted as though they were set with real onyx. Her stomach suddenly felt filled with helium, lifting it up until her lungs were too tight for her to breathe. Fortunately, her poker face was perfect. She just hoped that he didn't notice how her chest heaved slightly with the deeper, quicker breaths she had to take.

"Thought I'd conduct a little..." He pushed his chair out, standing much taller than her. "Scientific experiment." He knew that the longer he kept her wondering, the better her reaction would be. The anticipation grew in him, tingling all over his body. It wasn't often that the man with the womaniser's reputation grew nervous around women. This one, however, was different.

She watched him with a raised eyebrow as he crossed the room towards her: his every footstep pounding with her heartbeat. She'd never had to work so hard to keep her face from showing emotion.

"See, it's natural for a scientist like me to be so curious." He wondered where this little speech was coming from. It wasn't as though he'd rehearsed it at all. He knew what he'd wanted to say at first, but when faced with his Lieutenant - his beautiful, golden-haired Riza - it sounded stupid. Absolute pathetic drivel. When he realised this, he felt like a young schoolboy trying to talk to his first crush.

"So I'd want to know things, like-" he stopped directly in front of her, almost toe to toe. Any other person would have been intimidated by the Flame Alchemist. Not Riza Hawkeye. She stood her ground, looking up into his face confidently.
His voice dropped to a whisper. "What is it that makes your breathing suddenly get faster like that?" His hand traced up her arm slowly, then down again. She tried to repress a shiver as his fingertips raised goosebumps across her skin.
"Sir, that-"
"And why do you suddenly get defensive?" He interrupted her protest, bringing his hand further up and over her shoulder, his fingers cupping around the back of her neck. His thumb rubbed a gentle back-and-forth over a spot just behind her ear, making her gasp aloud. A harsh red blush ran up her neck and into her cheeks, making her face boil.

He chuckled, pleased that he had brought on such a response. The alchemist in him - the scientist - knew the biology behind such a reaction. The romantic in him liked the reasoning behind it: the excitement it caused in the woman when he touched her. That thought brought out the pervert in him, who wanted to touch her more. He shook that thought from his mind. Those kinds of thoughts weren't appropriate right now. Well... They weren't 100% appropriate, anyway...

He leaned down so that his lips were just a hair's breadth from her ear. "And what happens when I do this?" His lips grazed the spot where his thumb had previously been, and upon feeling the slight tremor that ripped through her, he nipped gently at her. Her breathing suddenly spiked and became audible, the shiver turned into a continuous trembling.
"S-sir?" Her voice was quiet, but it was the most that she could manage. She noticed the smile that graced her Colonel's features as he heard her stutter for the first time in her many years serving in the military.

Before she could make a protest, or even a reply, his lips crushed against hers feverishly, enticing a tiny moan from somewhere within her. He suddenly felt his shirt tighten over his back, and it took him a moment's distraction before he realised that his Lieutenant was grasping his clothing inside her fists.

Riza chuckled as onto her lips Roy murmured "Happy Christmas."

Well, just a little note here, too:
It's been pointed out to me that someone recognised one of the pictures I used for reference that I found on google (which proves that I'm just bad with that sort of thing... >.<) and the picture was actually from this site o_O So I'm giving credit here to the artist of the main reference for the poses: *nami86 And I do apologise for the crappy use of it!!
