I've yet to figure out how Rapunzel made her hair shorter without becoming brown... let alone how she got it blonde again in the first place.
Anyway, this is a sweet picture!

I actually happen to know how, as she told me so herself.
You see, Rapunzel had just enough magic tears left to regrow her hair, and make it blonde again. Nowadays it's just there to be pretty, though. Most of her magic had been used to save Flynn.
