Description I am soo sooo sooo very happy with this picture. n______n

I needed a quick break from a commission for today x.x ((It's almost done, btw!)) I couldn't find any inspiration, so I found this sketch of my char and Haru, and decided to color it in! This took around 5 hours to make It was certainly fun!
Aaanyways, it's just a pic of my char and Haru.. Sleeping? XD Which is the reason for the title, lol. I was bored and thought it would be really sweet to draw the two leaning on some sort of wall, and coloring one side dark and the other bright. Elise thinks it should be a cover of a comic series or something.. I've been thinking about it, so theres a slight possibility that I will! But eh, don't expect it very soon. ;X
Oh, and btw, thats a puff of air over in Haru's little space - not smoke. >.> Whaat? It's cold on his side! Lol, have any suggestions about the picture? Lemme know!

BUT, I just wanted to tell you that this picture is simply beautiful Colleen. <3 The whole theme, lighting, and character display. I love it.
The hair is so shiny and gorgeous on your side, and I love Haru's wings and pose. 8D You're getting a lot better at the details dude.

...And your shoes make me jealous. xD

The only crit I have is there seems to be a lot of white pixally edges that are especially noticable on Haru's side since it's darker, which takes away from the niceness of the picture. D: Might just want to make sure you touch up stuff like that next time so it looks smooth and clean. XD

I love the way you can highlight hair O: It gives of a realistic look

Well for wrinkles in clothes, if you make it slightly brighter close to beside the shading, it can give off the illusion of the wrinkle standing out and for lightening areas, maybe you could add a bit more brightness in the clothing where the light is reflecting off of?
For depth...yeah XD

You're right to be pleased about this, it's fantastic ^^

Great job on the contrasting sides, and the texturing is great on the colour.

I haven't been introduced (as much as a person can be to a fictional character) to Haru yet, so seeing a black winged character is a pleasant surprise from you ^^ (I write, and what I write has big white wings. One character has black ones, unsurprisingly he's the bad guy, but... heck I was fourteen when I came up with the story, forgive me a little unoriginality)

I love this, and I'm sticking it on my fave's list too prove it ^^

Oh wow, that is so cool, Colleen! I love the concept of it! Great poses and good shading by the way.
I just adore the oh-so ever sexy Haru just lying there and you look adorable sitting on the other side. X3
I could tell from the beginning that that was dragon's breath and not a puff of smoke. I mean... How could it be a puff of smoke? Haru doesn't even have a cigarette in either of his hands. Plus if anyone knows Haru then they should know that he likes the cold. It's pretty self explanatory if you ask me. n_n
You have such a unique way of drawing hair. I've always admired it, 'cause drawing hair is one of Centch's many flaws in her drawings. XD *shoots herself*
I love the random swirl at the thumb point of his wing. X3 (Even though it's a little hard to make out.)
One more thing that I want to say is that I'm totally jealous of your ability to draw shoes! Ugg! Another one of Centch's many flaws in her drawings! Quick! You must teach her your techniques before she shoots herself again! D:
Now for a little bit of critiquing... *looks closely at the picture* Hmm... Patch up all that white noise around Haru's hand, the wall and your tail and we're good! n_n *thumbs up*

Great concept m8, that dark and light theme realy looks great. Maybe the warm side is a bit to empty but hey the person the dark part combined with her body realy makes a great shape wich fits your art work very well
