I saw this photo firstime when i was ...i dont know maybe 11 or 12..it really scares my for long years..
In my country the earlier periods about 360 years ago mainly in countrysides was used one tale,legend about tall and gaunt beings in torn black coats. They are called KLEKÁNICE..which is derived from ringing the bell (*that is called KLEKÁNÍ i can translate it like kneeling or genuflection.it from Christianity, genuflection for praying*) which was doing out at the sunset in small chapels,and all the children in willage know they have to come home before dark.That is the time when Klekánice appear and take away children who remain outside after sunset.
Someone says they have forx skull instead head.They have womans figure..
But her life quickly expired children stop believing in it
Klekánice has older sister POLEDNICE which go aroun in afternoon.
Poledne means afternoon..

Oh my god, those things are terrifying, but definitely inspiring! Something about the tall, gaunt shadow figures always creeps me out. After painting this, the image of the spectre was burned into my mind and I saw it every time I blinked. It wasn't a very smart idea, considering I'm still scared of it. Nine feet tall...
