This has a fantastic painted view to it, especially where the stylus strokes created the brushed aspect of the fur. Was this done in the PS CS 5 brush rotation and tilt feature? I did a trial with CS5 and my wacom tablet, and it recognized the angle I was holding this stylus at to customize the brush stroke appearance. Similar to SAI, but with using the wacom-adobe connection.
I really think this has a great way of showing Falvie's vibrancy and brightness with fireworks as a background-- and a character who stands out for similar color/light reasons.

Fur was the most of time done with Paint Tool SAI and finitions are done with Photoshop CS5 (smudge tool) 
Even if I hate my Lineless style, I'm glad you like it
