This is where I admit that I haven't actually made any new art for a while now. This is part of my final project for Intermediate Painting, which I took in the fall.

The idea was supposed to be the experience of feeling dazed, engrossed, fascinated by and absorbed into color, the experience of attraction to aesthetic temptations, ultimately falling into color and beauty. Basically drugs. (like seriously, this is based in part on Aldous Huxley's description of his experiences with mescaline).
