Description I finally decided it's time to draw our dog that sadly passed away a little more than a year ago. She is a big reason why I decided to start doing traditional pet portraits. She was less than 3 years old when she died. She had stomach cancer and didn't have any simptoms untill it was too late. Vet did an operation trying to save her, but she never woke up. Her death was really heartbreaking, it was less than 24 hours from first symptoms to her passing away and she was so young... She was an amazing dog, always full of life. She enjoyed every moment to the fullest, like she knew she doesn't have a lot of time. (It's hard to write this, I can't see much past the tears in my eyes...)

Please go to my page and look at my journal entry with Hanna my black and white cat.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know every single ounce of the sadness you're going through as I still cry sometimes for Hanna's passing and that was a couple of months ago.
The jerk vet told me she had three months and no operation could help and three FRIGGING DAYS later she was gone!!!!!!! But they all charge us huge money to be wrong!!!

This doesn't help any I know, but I truly think this happens because of bad food the corporations make with so many chemicals in it. My Hanna died of the EXACT same thing with cancer of the stomach and years ago...no animals ever does of that stuff. When food is made to stay out in the open and not spoil for days or weeks then it has so many nasty chemicals that it hurts us.
I can give you examples but no one wants to hear that stuff when they morn the passing of a friend like we're doing right now.

I LOVE the talent you have,  but even more I admire so much the love that went into your work and you can see it so easily. I just know that both our little pals are in heaven, happy and feeling good and are waiting to see us someday again don't you think??

May God himself help clear a path for joy to return to your life and never forget  your pup,  but able to know she's in a better place than this world where we all struggle anymore. One day those tears will be replaced with tears of real joy. You didn't give her name??? Be strong always please. I love this piece.
