they`re outside all the time. they have their house outside. they`re used to the cold and the hot outside.

Where I live, the only outside domestic cats are barn cats on farms. Two of the cats I am "cat sitting" are strictly indoor cats. The third likes to go out, but he's happy to go in when he gets too cold.
