I think the hair is not rough, but it needs a bit more lighting...like darker at the top of the head & brighter near the face. XD
Anyways, I REALLY like it!!!!

Not at all. I like the contrast in the hair, it's really a great job. I suppose the only thing about the hair that could be improved is it looks a little flat, only a little. Still, it's very hard to improve on that imo. Very very good work. Obviously you are a natural tablet user
